CAAHEP has 25 Committees on Accreditation (CoAs) that work with the 31 professions for which CAAHEP accredits programs. The CoAs review programs' self-studies, coordinate site visits, serve as each program's main contact throughout the review process, and formulate accreditation recommendations to be considered by the CAAHEP Board of Directors.
